Hi, I'm Danielle, a Wellness Counselor

Dating and relationships can raise questions about what you want, what you need, and how you connect with others. You may notice recurring patterns, struggle to communicate your needs, or feel unsure about choosing a partner.

Through wellness counseling, I help women strengthen self-awareness and self-trust, clarify their relationship goals, and approach dating with greater confidence and intention. Together, we'll explore patterns you want to change and identify practical strategies to support healthier connections and personal growth.

My Approach to Wellness Counseling for Relationship & Dating

The way we approach relationships is often influenced by our past experiences, expectations, personal values, and beliefs about ourselves. Becoming more aware of these influences can help you make choices that better reflect who you are and what you want.

My approach to wellness counseling combines self-reflection, practical tools, and holistic wellness practices to support personal growth and greater awareness in your relationships.

Our work may focus on:

  • Understanding your relationship patterns: Explore recurring habits, expectations, and choices that influence your dating experiences.

  • Clarifying what you want: Identify your relationship values, priorities, and the qualities that matter most to you in a partner.

  • Strengthening self-trust: Become more confident in your decisions, recognize your needs, and make choices that align with your values.

  • Building healthy boundaries: Practice communicating your preferences, expressing your needs, and maintaining a sense of self within relationships.

  • Navigating dating with greater confidence: Explore uncertainty, manage expectations, and approach new connections with more intention.

  • Developing self-awareness: Reflect on how your experiences and beliefs shape the way you relate to others.

  • Building healthier relationship habits: Identify practical ways to support mutual respect, clear communication, and emotional connection.

Depending on your goals, sessions may incorporate guided reflection, journaling, mindfulness, and other holistic wellness practices. Our conversations will be tailored to your experiences and the areas of personal growth you want to prioritize.

The goal is not to follow a formula for finding a partner or to change who you are to make a relationship work. It's to help you better understand yourself, make intentional choices, and build relationships that reflect your values and needs.

If you're ready to approach dating and relationships with greater clarity and self-trust, I invite you to schedule a free consultation to explore whether this approach is right for you.

Wellness Counseling for Relationship & Dating FAQs

Who can benefit from relationship and dating wellness counseling?

This service may be a good fit for women who want to better understand their relationship patterns, clarify what they want in a partner, or feel more confident navigating dating.

You may be single and interested in dating more intentionally, returning to dating after a breakup, or looking to develop stronger boundaries and communication habits in your current relationship. You don't need to be actively dating to explore your relationship goals and personal growth.

What is the difference between relationship wellness counseling and therapy?

Relationship wellness counseling, as offered here, focuses on personal development, self-awareness, relationship goals, and practical skills for navigating dating and relationships. Clinical mental health counseling focuses on assessing and treating mental health disorders.

Wellness counseling is not intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions or replace clinical care. If you're experiencing significant emotional distress related to a relationships or need support processing trauma, clinical mental health care may be more appropriate and I am happy to offer you a referral.

Do I need to be actively dating to benefit?

No. You can explore your relationship values, expectations, boundaries, and personal goals whether you're dating, taking a break from dating, or simply considering what you want in a future partnership.

Taking time to understand yourself can help you make more intentional decisions when relationship opportunities arise.

Can relationship and dating wellness counseling help me move forward after a breakup?

Wellness counseling can provide space to reflect on a past relationship, gain perspective on what you've learned, and reconnect with your values and priorities. Together, we can explore patterns you want to approach differently, strengthen self-trust, and identify practical ways to move forward with greater clarity and confidence. The focus is on personal growth and preparing for healthier relationship experiences in the future.

How long will it take to see results?

The timeline depends on your goals and the areas you want to explore. Some women seek support around a specific dating challenge, while others want ongoing space for reflection and personal development.

During a free consultation, we can discuss what you're looking for and whether my approach aligns with your needs. I don't promise a specific timeline or outcome.

Take the Next Step Deeper Healing & Connection
