Wellness Counseling Program

Weekly psychotherapy sessions that focus on self-healing, self-realization, and personal development. Through acceptance, non-judgement, honest expression, and vulnerability, we get to the root cause of your offsets and equip you with the tools necessary to not just survive, but thrive through this human experience. 

My mission as a counselor is to cultivate a space of respect, non-judgment, and acceptance that empowers my clients as they navigate everyday life stressors, process deeply rooted emotions, heal from offsets, and align with their authentic self.


For that reason, I value creating relationships that are comfortable and empathetic, so we can work as a team on discovering underlaying causes and set realistic, attainable goals for self-development. 

I find it important to craft a program unique to each and every individual, so no two treatments will look the same. I encourage my clients to voice their ideas, needs, and provide feedback.  


This program includes:

  • goal setting to achieve healthier habits

  • shadow work to heal past trauma

  • education in mental health, effective communication, the subconscious mind, etc. 

  • techniques and practices rooted in psychology to help you live a life in alignment with your higher self 

  • coping skills training 

  • provided feedback and homecare for long-lasting healing 

  • a tailored program designed to fit your unique needs, desires, and offsets
