CANCELATION POLICY

Clients are free to reschedule or cancel sessions as long as it is over 24 hours before the time of session. If a no show, cancelation, or reschedule occurs within that 24 hour time frame, the full cost of the session is still charged. 

 

Why? Because the client’s session time is set aside specifically for them, meaning a canceled appointment affects the client, the counselor, and another client who would have been able to use that time slot for their own growth and healing. 

 

For example, if a client’s session is scheduled for Wednesday at 11:00 am, they have until Tuesday at 11:00 am to reschedule or cancel.
