Equine-Assisted Counseling is a program in which counseling will be provided on a peaceful horse ranch through both the formation of a bond with the horses and multiple other modalities.
These 50 minute, weekly sessions will consist of activities such as grooming, feeding, and leading a horse; as well as nature and mindfulness based interventions. Depending on the client's needs and preferences, activities such as guided meditations, mindfulness walks, and self-care skills training will be incorporated.
