Why am I so anxious?

Anxiety doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. Anxiety is your body’s natural way of trying to keep you safe.
It’s that racing heart before a big presentation, the sleepless nights replaying conversations, or the constant “what if” thoughts that never seem to quiet down.
