Wellness Counseling Contract

This is a mutual agreement negotiated between the Counselor and the Client prior to the commencement of counseling. It sets out the responsibilities of our Counselor, Danielle, towards her clients, and also the client’s responsibilities in the therapeutic relationship.

Everything that is discussed in the counseling session is privileged information and is kept in the strictest confidence.

If there is convincing evidence that you intend to harm yourself or others, we might need to break confidentiality by informing your doctor, or in serious cases the police, again this would only take place with your prior knowledge. In all other circumstances any disclosure would require a court order.

The counselor might keep brief notes after a session, which will be anonymised and securely stored. The client’s identity is protected.

Sessions last 45-50 minutes.

The whole session time belongs to you, whether you choose to attend or not, and your counselor will be present for the entire time of the session. If you arrive part way through your allotted time, she will see you for the remainder of the time. If you miss 2 consecutive sessions without contact, we will assume that you are no longer able to attend and withdraw your space in the therapeutic program.

It is $100 USD per Wellness Counseling session.

Payment for your counseling sessions should be submitted to the counselor prior to the beginning of the session.

Cancellation Policy:

Online payments are non-refundable. Credits may apply. Clients can reschedule sessions prior to 24 hours before the time of session. If a no show or reschedule occurs within that 24 hour time frame, the full cost of the session remains due and payable.

The counselor is not a medical professional. As a Wellness Counselor, Danielle is not providing healthcare, medical, or psychological services or attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional issue.

The information provided in session is not intended to substitute professional medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. Always seek advice from your physician, psychologist, or other qualified healthcare provider before undertaking a new health regimen.

Do not disregard medical advice or delay seeking medical advice. Do not start or stop any medications without speaking to your medical or mental health provider.

Please note that Danielle does not make any guarantees about the results of the information received. Danielle shares educational and informational resources that are intended to help you succeed in self-healing and realignment.

Moving forward with payment is considered your agreement with all components of the contract listed above.
