Adolescence is a powerful period of growth and self-discovery, but it can also feel overwhelming. Between academic pressures, friendships, social media, and figuring out who you are, it’s easy to feel lost, anxious, or unsure of yourself.

Like anxiety, which is a natural response to change and stress, the teenage years bring many emotions that can be difficult to manage. You’re learning how to balance independence with responsibility, self-expression with belonging, and self-confidence with the fear of being misunderstood.

In my holistic approach to youth coaching, I create a safe, judgment-free space where teens can explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges freely. My role isn’t to tell them who to be, it’s to help them uncover who they already are.

Sessions are tailored to each teen’s needs and can be conducted virtually or in-person (in Sayville, NY), depending on what works best for your family. Each session typically lasts around 50 minutes and includes a blend of discussion, reflection exercises, and practical strategies your teen can apply immediately in daily life.

What are your credentials?
I am a Certified Wellness Counselor and Clinical Mental Health Counselor in training at the graduate level, and I have experience working with teens, young adults, and adults. My specialties are supporting individuals with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem and empowerment, life transitions, and mindfulness. And I love working with teens, because when you can build solid foundations now, it fosters a more balanced and aligned adulthood.
